A fine silver-fumed, double-sided glass galaxy marble with 4 floating opal planets. It is made of borosilicate (hard) glass which is more durable.
The marble, not a perfect sphere, measures 41.8 mm by 43.5 mm in diameter at the section where galaxies merge, right over the border decorations.
The colors used for the piece are clear, shimmering black, transparent cobalt blue, teal green and fine silver fuming.
The OPAL planets are 3 mm and 2 mm spheres that flash different colors depending on the angle of light. Each side has one of each size, representing a main planet and its satellite.
Note: Display rings are not included by default but can be added upon request at no extra charge.
Each piece is signed ‘SNM-Year’ for authenticity and is lovingly crafted in my home studio in Akrata, Greece.
