Description

A fine silver-fumed galaxy cluster paperweight made with 11 individual galaxies. It is made of borosilicate (hard) glass which is more durable.

Measurements:

-The paperweight measures 7.50 cm in diameter on its widest section and 4 cm in height.

Colors that I used for this piece:

For the base transparent deep blue.

For the inner designs fine silver fuming.

For the base of the tiny galaxies shades of blue, green, red, and black.

The rest of the piece is clear borosilicate.

(ATTENTION: Please note that this is not a sphere marble, it has a flat bottom as that is paperweights' nature.)

All marbles are annealed in a digital kiln for quality, strength, and durability. Each piece is handcrafted by me in my home studio in Akrata, Greece.
