SHIPPING & RETURNS

I will ship your order within 1-2 work days (Monday to Friday) upon receipt of payment. The expected delivery time for packages within Greece is 1-2 work days. For the EU orders, it is 3 days and for the rest of the world, it is 3-5 days. Note that, these are estimated delivery times stated on the official site of the Greek Postal Service, not guaranteed dates. If you would like to have them by a certain date, you can check the express shipping option. See the details above, under the title EXPRESS SHIPPING.

`Made to order` items are made and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Once I have shipped your package, you will receive an e-mail with the available tracking information. If you ever have any questions about where your package is or if there is any problem with the shipment, please contact me. I will help you as fast as I can.

3. Payments

Our normal method of payment receipt is Credit/Debit Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, China Union Pay), PayPal or Bank Transfer. If you choose to complete the payment via Bank Transfer then you will be given our bank information during check-out. Please give your invoice number as a reference number with your bank transfer so that I can quickly determine that your order should be shipped. 

4. Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a product and want to return it, please contact me before you send it back. For the return procedure, please read below.

5. Custom and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nocco Nocco is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform me (Sinem Spiliotopoulos, Timotheou Akrata 25006, Greece, Tel: +30 6988 729 710, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent via e-mail. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, I will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which I am informed about your decision to cancel this contract. I may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any item(s) supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. I will withhold reimbursement until I have received the item(s) back.

You shall send back the item(s) to me without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to me. The item(s) have to be sent back via Tracked mail. The deadline is met if you send back the item(s) before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item(s) resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item(s).
